Once you have successfully completed the integration with your HRIS via the provided workflow, you will be automatically redirected to the filter setup. In this article, we explain what this is all about and how to set the right filter for you.
What does the filter do?
By setting a filter, you ensure that only the employees you want are mirrored by HRIS in become.1.
What data can I use to filter?
There are various fields that can be used for filtering:
- Legal entity (if you manage several companies in one HRIS instance)
- Location
- Employment type (internal, external, full-time, part-time, interns, etc.)
- Employment status (active, pending, inactive, leave etc.)
- Department
- Cost Center
- Teams
Setting up a filter for the transfer of specific data is optional – if you do not want to use a filter, you can confirm the window without making a selection.
Set up a filter:
Note: Please make sure that you only set a filter if you are sure that the unselected employees should not be synchronized.
You should now see the following screen:
Click on the fields that you want to synchronize – if you don’t select any, all of them will be synced
You can use the status filter, for example, to ensure that colleagues are only mirrored in become.1 after the probationary period has passed – simply do not select the status used, such as “Pending”.
4. Confirm the filter by clicking on “Share <#> out of <#> employees“
5. That’s it! From now on, all employees that have been selected or all employees if no filter has been set will be synchronized.
