How do I create All-in-One benefit templates?

On this page you will learn how to create an all-in-one benefits template for your employees as a become.1 administrator.

Below you will find step-by-step instructions:

1. Log in as administrator on app.become1.de

2. Click on “All in One” in the menu on the left

3. Now click on “+ Add” in the top right-hand corner to create a new template

4. Now assign a meaningful name to distinguish the template from other templates created, e.g. BUDGET + EMPLOYEE GROUP and define the desired monthly budget

5. Now decide from the licensed become.1 modules which should be usable for the employees for whom this template is to be assigned and how the budget should be distributed at the beginning

6. Also confirm whether employees should be able to order a physical become.1 card – this will incur one-off costs per card for printing, shipping and activation of the cards

7. In the next step, you can restrict individual areas if desired. It makes sense to restrict the non-cash benefit if, for example, the employee group already receives supplementary company health insurance. If this insurance for e.g. costs €10 per employee per month, you can simply set the maximum amount to €40. If the full non-cash benefit is to be made possible, you can simply leave “No” selected

8. With become.1 Flex, you can decide whether the budget not used by the employee should be carried over to the following month or not. This option is deactivated by default, i.e. unused budget expires at the end of the month. If this option is activated, the unused budget expires at the latest at the turn of the year on 31.12. of each year

9. You also have the option of deactivating individual become.1 Flex sub-areas. You can also restrict the individual modules separately, apart from the monthly or annual maximum limits under tax law. To deactivate a module, simply press the shift key on the right. To restrict the respective areas outside the maximum limits, simply select the pencil icon

10. Below you can see an example of how you can deactivate an area – in this case Meals – using the shift key on the right and set special rules for Mobility using the pencil symbol – in this example a maximum reimbursement amount for this area per day, month or year

11. Ss a final step, you can set up an automatic personal gift for employees for their birthday. Define a desired budget here – up to €60 tax-free possible – and a default setting as to whether the employee should receive this gift as a digital voucher via become.1 Goodies or as a budget on the become.1 Card. The employee can also adjust this setting themselves in their own account, depending on the employer’s settings

12. Now save your new benefits template by clicking on “Save”.

That’s it!

P.S. You can now assign your new template to the desired employee group via the user administration and thus activate it on the start date
