With become.1 All-in-One, your employer offers you a flexible benefits solution that gives you access to a wide range of tax-free employee benefits.
Your employer has set a central monthly budget for you, which you can use in the become.1 app for various modules such as Goodies, Card and Flex. You can use the benefits flexibly according to your personal needs.
How it works
In your personal dashboard of the become.1 app, you can see your monthly All-in-One budget at any time and keep track of your budget and the current allocation to the benefits modules:
- Flex: Reimbursement of private costs
- Goodies: Digital vouchers and memberships
- Card: A Mastercard that can be used regionally
To begin with, it is important for you to understand that your employer has set a standard distribution of your budget for Flex, Card and Goodies. You can always change your budget allocation for the following month, e.g. in January for February. Unfortunately, reallocations during the month are not possible under tax law.
To allocate your budget, simply click on the pencil icon under your All-in-One budget.

become.1 Goodies
With become.1 Goodies you have access to over 100 voucher partners for memberships, online shopping or stationary retail You can change your preferred voucher provider every month for the following month if you wish
Alternatively, you can store your personal favorite provider in the system and we will conveniently provide you with your favorite voucher every month
Retroactive changes to your goodie are not possible under tax law, so make sure that you have always made your choice for the following month at the end of the month – e.g. in January for the inflow in February
Your voucher is always available on the 25th of the month.
Your regional benefits in kind card
become.1 Card
The become.1 Card allows you to use your monthly budget flexibly and tax-free locally. The card can be used at all Mastercard acceptance points within your defined zip code region and directly adjacent zip code regions – the regional restriction is for tax reasons.
This is how it works:
- The card can only be used locally for payments – online transactions and cash withdrawals are excluded under tax law.
- You always receive a virtual card that you can integrate into your smartphone’s Apple or Google Wallet. Optionally, depending on your employer’s settings, you can also order a physical card to be sent to your home.
- The acceptance area depends on the zip code stored in the app, so you can use the card conveniently in your region.

Reimbursement of private expenses
become.1 Flex
With become.1 Flex, your employer provides you with a monthly budget for various everyday expenses such as daily meals, mobility, internet, childcare, recreational benefits on vacation and preventive health courses.
You can easily submit receipts via the become.1 application for the flex modules activated by your employer.
Your receipts and proof of costs will be checked by become.1 after uploading. If you have submitted eligible and complete receipts, you will receive your tax-free reimbursement with your salary payment in the following month after approval.
