Once you have received your physical card by post, this card must be activated when you make your first payment. You can find out how this works in this article.
What is required for activation?
- Your physical become.1 Card
- Your personal Card PIN
- A Mastercard payment terminal or card reader at your local provider

How to find your personal PIN
- Log in at app.become1.de
- Click on the menu item become.1 Card
- Follow the steps shown below depending on the device you are using
Smartphone view:
- Click on your virtual card, which shows you your current balance
2. Now click on View physical Card PIN in the lower section
3. You will now receive an SMS with a confirmation link. After clicking on the link and confirming, you can view your PIN.
Desktop view:
- Click on View physical CArd PIN on the right-hand side
