become.1 Health is a sub-module of become.1 Flex. It can be provided by employers individually, in combination with other become.1 Flex benefits or as part of the full version of become.1 Flex.

Employers use become.1 Health to provide a virtual health allowance for their employees. By uploading receipts, employees can have certain healthcare expenses subsidised by their employer.


The benefit date (when the course was taken) must be in the same calendar year as the submission of the proof. For example, a course attended in January can only be submitted and reimbursed months later, e.g. in September! The health allowance is paid out in the month following submission through the salary payment.

The Health Module can be used to submit all health measures certified by the Central Prevention Testing Centre throughout Germany.
