become.1 Holiday is a sub-module of become.1 Flex. It can be provided by employers individually, in combination with other become.1 Flex benefits or as part of the full version of become.1 Flex.

Employers use become.1 Holiday to provide a virtual holiday allowance for their employees. By uploading receipts, employees can have certain holiday expenses subsidised by their employer.

The holiday allowance is paid out in the following month with the salary payment.

Within the scope of the recuperation allowance, everything that serves the purpose of personal recuperation is eligible for reimbursement – both at home and abroad.

The benefit must be claimed within at least five consecutive days of holiday (including the weekend).

Receipts can be submitted a maximum of three months before and after the benefit is paid.
