How do I authorise new cards as an administrator?

This article explains how you, as a legal representative or become.1 administrator, can authorise new cards so that they can then be topped up for employees.


Before this step can be completed, the cards must first be created or a card budget assigned to the employees. You can see how this works in the following article:

To be able to authorise cards, one of the following statements must apply to you:

A) You are the legal representative of the company that has gone through the KYB process


B) You are a company administrator who has been authorised by the legal representative to approve cards.

How do I get authorisation to approve cards?

Follow the steps below to unlock cards:

  1. Go to the become.1 Card tab
  2. If you manage several companies, select the company you want to manage in the top right-hand corner
  3. The table now shows you all employees to whom you have allocated a monthly become.1 Card budget and who have already confirmed the Card.
  4. Check all entries and confirm desired cards by selecting them via the checkbox and clicking on Issue Card (above the table)

4. the card status then changes to enabled and from this moment on the card can be used by the employee
