How do I create vouchers after the start of the month?

As employees must always have made their choice of provider by the end of the month, it is best to activate employees 1-2 weeks before the go-live date (1st contract month, e.g. 1 January 2024). Employees will then still have enough time to register and select their favourite provider.

Unfortunately, this is not always possible, which is why there is also a way to give employees enough time to choose a provider.

Let’s take the following example:

  • Contract start and go-live with become.1 is 01.01.2024

  • The administrators only managed to create the employees and invite them to become.1 on 05.01.2024

  • Unfortunately, it is now too late to select a provider in December for January – but there is a workaround

To give employees enough time to make their own choices as employees, you can do the following:

  1. Create all employees via the user administration

  2. Allocate goodies access without a monthly voucher

  3. On the 15th of the month, I now create a monthly voucher for January for all authorised employees

  4. The employees’ choice of provider is queried in real time and the first goodie for the employees and January is created in the same way.

  5. These goodies are now “frozen” and can be accessed from the 25th of the month (in this example, 25 January)!
