How do so-called employee groups help me in user administration?

If you have a lot of employees on the platform, it can quickly happen that you don’t always have a clear idea of who gets which budget. Or perhaps you only want to change the budget of a specific department. In such cases, you can easily do this using the group function. Simply filter by the relevant department and then change the budget settings in a group.

In the user administration at the top right, you will find the ‘Filter‘ tab, where you can set different filter types. Here you will also find the filter for groups, which allows you to search for specific groups.
